On February 27th the Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC) men’s basketball team won their match up against Little Priest Tribal (LPT) with a score 118-71. The next day the Bears played against the North Iowa Area Community College Trojans. The Bears got an upset victory in a final score of 96-89. Lastly, on March 2nd the men’s team closed their regular season schedule with a win. The Bears won by a final of 104-62. The men’s team finished the season with a 21-9 overall record. The Bears will be the No. 4 seed in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division II Men’s Basketball Championship.
