The library will be extending its hours for student’s as finals week is approaching. The will now be open from 7:30am-10pm today and tomorrow. The Cafe is unfortunately closed today, but they will be open tomorrow and Friday and will also be serving breakfast Monday and Tuesday.

Check into the Boone Theater for a free showing of the animated movie Wonder Park. They will be screening the movie this Wednesday at 7pm. Bring your DMACC student ID’s to get a ticket and some free popcorn on the house.

The DMACC softball team will be starting off this season with their participation in the Cowtown Classic Friday and Saturday in Fort Worth, Texas. They will be playing against Hesston College, Blinn College and Alvin Community College on Friday then they will be playing Ranger College and Johnson County Community College Saturday.

The DMACC Women’s Basketball team won their game against the Southwestern Community College team last Wednesday. To get the win the Bears had to beat a 35-27 halftime deficit. The overall score was 86-77, with 18 of those points scored by Bears Sophomore Ellie Horn.
